L&M was founded by Scott Laughridge and Rene
Mallein. Scott and Rene realized early in their careers the key to having
a successful company
is to work hard and build lasting relationships. They recognized the
importance of understanding the different needs of every client, and
that every deal is unique. L&M is known for working diligently throughout
the entire process to achieve client goals.
With Atlanta being such a diverse market and
a great place to live and work, Scott and Rene saw the value of building
a company around the residential development, as well as the thriving
commercial market.

Rene Mallein II
Rene graduated from Georgia Southern University.
He ventured into real estate and it didn’t take long for
him to realize he wanted to be a Broker and open his own firm.
Exposure to multiple real estate markets has rounded his experience
and enabled him to offer more to his clients.

Greg Wheat
Greg is a long term resident of Atlanta, currently
living in Virginia Highland. He has been a realtor for over 7
years. Whether you are buying or selling a home or property, Greg's
prior sales and purchasing experience has helped him extensively
to identify the goals and needs of his clients.

Brian Ferguson
An Athens native and University of Georgia graduate,
Brian has made Atlanta his home for 11 years. As a Major in the
Air Force Reserves and a C-130 Instructor Pilot at Dobbins Air
Reserve Base he has literally had a “bird’s eye view”
on the enormous growth in metro Atlanta.

John Dodson
John is an Atlanta native who has a deep background

He brings 17 years of advertising design experience into his real

Jeff Thomas
An Atlanta native and a graduate of West Georgia
college with a degree in Marketing. Jeff brings over 20 years
of sales and marketing experience to L & M property group.
Jeff main focus over the past 4 years has been land sales and
commercial real estaste.

Kena Murphy
Kena is a native to the Atlanta area she grew
up in Marietta and is very familiar with the growth and development
of the city and the surrounding areas. Kena is a graduate of Kennesaw
State College and brings to L&M 20 years of Marketing and
Management skills and experience.
