Brian Ferguson
An Athens native and University of Georgia graduate, Brian has
made Atlanta his home for 11 years. As a Major in the Air Force
Reserves and a C-130 Instructor Pilot at Dobbins Air Reserve Base
he has literally had a “bird’s eye view” on
the enormous growth in metro Atlanta. His experience in retail,
the mortgage industry and in creating a start up aviation company
has taught Brian the importance of customer service and stable
relationships in the business world. He places tremendous value
on trust and integrity.
Brian’s main interest lies in land acquisition, sales and
development for raw land or redevelopment of in-town properties.
As part of the seller group of an in-town assemblage, Brian has
experienced each side of a land development deal and understands
both seller and buyer needs. Representing you as a property owner
